Karasabai residents forced to repair key access bridge after non-support from Region

After calls for help from the Regional administration went unanswered, residents of Karasabai, Region 9, mobilized to help themselves.

A damaged bridge was fised to ensure that the communities could access basic goods and services.

The area was one of several hit hard by recent flooding.

Calls to the Regional Executive Officer, Carl Parker, went unanswered.
